Proposed Bylaws – NEW

Proposed Bylaws – Changes are in bold in this file, with language to be removed is strikethrough.

One language change not in this file is to fix Article 12.3 (8) which is written “Sergent of Arms shall be elected for a two (2) year term by the Executive Board.”  which needs to be changed to “Sergent of Arms shall be elected for a two (2) year term by the Membership.” as the original language was not in compliance with CUPE National Constitution.
