Bylaw Committee

1. This shall be a special ad hoc Committee consisting of the Table Officers.
2. The Committee shall meet yearly or when instructed to do so by the Executive
   Board or membership.
3. The Committee’s function shall be to review the Bylaws and prepare written
   recommendations to be considered by the membership.
